Yummy!

Amber, knowing that I LOVE good food, brought some a steak roll that she and Jeremy made over the weekend. Good does not begin to describe this tasty treat! It was steak rolled up around spinach, mushrooms, feta cheese, and a little blue cheese. Then on top of the roll was a bunch of cracked pepper. Boy...it was heaven. I have such great friends...they even feed me.

Sorry, I ate it all already...but it was great! I have a chicken pot pie for lunch today. Sounds tasty. Good ole' comfort food.

and I love TALKING about food:) Although I enjoy eating it a lot more. Last night Joe and I were talking about how we both liked food so much that we were going to be HUGE by the time we were seventy. Maybe it is time to start my diet again...but then again...that doesn't sound like nearly as much fun as eating lots of tasty food. Dilemma....
